Allgemeine Deutsche Spediteurbedingungen (ADSp)
ITG-GmbH in Germany operates, if not otherwise agreed in written form, exclusively in accordance with the "Allgemeine Deutsche Spediteurbedingungen - ADSp" (German Forwarder's General Terms and Conditions of Trading) and, if these are not applicable to the provision of logistics services, in accordance with the Logistics General Terms and Conditions ("Logistik-AGB) issued by DSLV - both latest edition only.
Liability as airfreight carrier according to Montreal Convention when both countries (airport of departure and airport of arrival) have ratified the convention. For transports which underlie the coverage according to the Montreal Concention paragraph 27 ADSp is not applicable.
