General Terms and Conditions (ADSp 2017)

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ITG GmbH Internationale Spedition + Logistik operates exclusively on the basis of the General German Freight Forwarding Conditions 2017 (ADSp 2017) and—to the extent that these do not apply to the provision of logistics services—in accordance with the Logistics Terms and Conditions, as of March 2006.

Note: In Section 23, the ADSp 2017 deviate from the law regarding the maximum liability amount for damage to goods (Section 431 HGB) by limiting liability for multimodal transport, including maritime transport, and in cases where the location of the damage is unknown to 2 SDR/kg, and otherwise limiting the standard liability of 8.33 SDR/ kg to an additional 1.25 million euros per claim and 2.5 million euros per incident, but at least 2 SDR/kg. We expressly draw attention to the limitation of liability pursuant to the ADSp.
