As of October 1st, 2020, the Dutch country organization of ITG will continue its business as LGI Netherlands B.V. With three sites in Amsterdam, Schiphol and Rotterdam services now to be offered under the LGI brand, focusing on the sectors electronics and healthcare.
ITG will expand its business with Citizen Systems, a leading manufacturer of printers and calculators. All European warehouse activities will be centralized in the ITG warehouse in Rotterdam for at least the next 3 years.
ITG will continue to be responsible for the European central warehouse for the customer Mimaki, a Japanese manufacturer of large format printers, and for the provision of forwarding services over the next three years. With the growth of the business the logistics service provider is planning to move into a new logistics facility in the Amsterdam area in July 2017.
ITG is preparing for the future. Firstly, the fashion logistics expert now offers in cooperation with the partner myClip Studios also professional product photography, and thus expanding its portfolio of services for e-commerce customers. Secondly, the division of e-commerce was strengthened with Karsten Oelmann as head for this division. (attached file available in German language only)
Already for the sixth time Lufthansa Cargo has awarded its "Quality Award for the German market" in six different categories. ITG GmbH Internationale Spedition + Logistik gained the victory in two categories.
Nearly 40 pupils from the 5th grade of the Montessori school in Freising camo to see the logistics provider ITG in Schwaig near Munich Airport for a company visit. They explored various stations from forwarding and contract logistics.
ITG GmbH Internationale Spedition + Logistik now also offers direct truck traffic with Ukraine. The first shipments left the depot of ITG Schwaig (Munich Airport) on April 11th on their way to Kiev. In this new relationship ITG workes with the Ukrainian company TMM Express LLC together as partner.
