Application of ADSp 2017
ITG operates on ADSp 2017 effctive 1.1.2017
As the trade press had already pointed out, the resumption of negotiations on joint business conditions could be successfully concluded. A total of eight transport associations as well as associations of trade and industry now recommend the ADSp 2017, German Freight Forwarders' General Terms and Conditions 2017 as of January 1st, 2017 to non-committal application.
ITG GmbH Internationale Spedition + Logistik follows the recommendation of German Freight Forwarder's Associoation (DSLV) and applies to "Allgemeinen Deutschen Spediteurbedingungen 2017" (ADSp 2017, German Freight Forwarders' General Terms and Conditions 2017) effective January 1st, 2017 for all business with it's clients.
ADSp 2017 are recommended not only by the previous bearing associations, Deutscher Speditions- und Logistikverband (DSLV), Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie (BDI), Bundesverband Großhandel, Außenhandel, Dienstleistungen (BGA), Handelsverband Deutschland as well as Deutscher Industrie- und Handelskammertag (DIHK). For the first time also the Bundesverband Güterkraftverkehr Logistik und Entsorgung (BGL), the Bundesverband Möbelspedition und Logistik (AMÖ) and the Bundesverband Wirtschaft, Verkehr und Logistik (BWVL) agree with the joint recommendation.
With the ADSp 2017 a common condition is now again available, in which the different interests of the freight forwarders and the shipper companies find a proper compensation. The first-time participation of three other associations also offers the opportunity to increase the market acceptance of the widely accepted ADSp.
